The week leading up to winter break is filled with activities for students. Monday starts the week off with “Polar Express” Day, when students dress up as a character from the movie. On Monday from 6:30am-7:15am, there will be a Warrior Wake-Up on the athletic field with refreshments at the concession stand. Students can bring a blanket and watch the sunrise with friends. Tuesday is Holiday Character Day, and Warriors can wear clothes to look like any holiday character. There will also be a bell-finding activity. Students can find a silver bell with orange and blue ribbon and bring it to lunch to receive a prize. Wednesday is Ugly Sweater Day. Winter Olympics will be held in the gym at both lunches as well. Thursday is Family Photo Day. Students can dress up with their friends in matching holiday outfits. Students can take a photo and email it to the yearbook email [email protected]. Key Club will also be sponsoring movie night on Thursday where they will be showing “Elf”. This is a fundraiser event. Friday is Flannel Friday. Students can find elves around the school as well.
