Flag football season is about to begin and Coach Z is excited. “There are a lot of new faces trying out. We were district runner ups last year and my expectations are high to win districts.” Many girls have signed up for try-outs this season. “I got some new coaches this year and tryouts are Tuesday, February 19th, 20th, and 21st. The teams will be picked by the end of the day Thursday.”
Students are excited to try out for the team this year.
Michelle Lam, 12th grade, said, “I’m excited to see how it is to be on a team, if I make it.”
The flag football veterans want to take it all the way to state championships this year according to coach Z.
Chelsea Sermons, 12th grade, said, “I’m stoked because it’s a new season. Time to win districts and hopefully state champs.”
