The hall pass for the Psych teacher, Mr. Pace, who has a special connection with Disney.

Recently, Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios raised their price of admission. The increase is only 4 dollars; however, this makes a 1 day admission to Disney World 99 dollars per person, and 94 dollars to Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.

Warriors at OHS say that the increase is quite expensive and will now not attend Disney parks because of the raised price. “I think it’s a lot to pay 100 dollars just for one day at Disney, to stand in lines in the hot sun; I most likely won’t be going to Disney anytime soon because the high price,” said Julia Davision, 9th grade. Taylor Ballard, 9th grade, said, “even if I had 100 dollars I don’t think I would be willing to spend it all on a one day ticket to Disney; 100 dollars could buy you a lot of clothes.”

Although the ticket price rose, some Warriors will still attend the Disney parks. “I still love Disney even though the tickets are now 99 dollars; I will probably still end up going sometimes but probably not that often,” said Emily Carter, 9th grade.
