Where are the french fries? According to cafeteria manager Mrs. Lang, the school has removed french fries from the menu because they contain too much salt.

However, Mrs. Lang said they are looking into acquiring a “fry crisp” oven. This oven is made to bake the fries to a crisp and would mimic that of a deep fryer.

She is not sure yet when this will happen. In the meantime, sweet potato waffle fries are offered occasionally.
