The Osceola High School girls’ soccer team is going to the state championship this year. It is the second time in Osceola history, according to Angelina Kincy, a 12th grader on the team. “It’s really a good feeling that we get to do it for a second time,” she explained. “I’m happy for seniors that their season isn’t over yet.” The girl’s victory against Palmetto High last Friday secured their spot in the semi-finals. Kincy says it might be that the girls have the strength of getting along. “Any issue with a player goes away once you’re on the field, because at the end of the day we play as a team and we love as a team.”
