Yormark to leave Osceola High

Ms. Yormark, the English IV teacher who has been at Osceola High School since 1983, will be leaving the school, and teaching altogether, once this year is finished.

Having seen seniors come and go for more than 30 years, she has grown used to them graduating and leaving forever. However, she does not feel quite the same way about the teachers she has come to know over all these years.

“I have mixed feelings since I’ve been here since 1983. I’ll miss my good friends, but I can still see them socially,” Ms. Yormark said. “I’ll probably pursue another career and do some traveling.”

When Ms. Yormark leaves, she also plans to enjoy her family time.

“I’ll have more time to spend with my 4 darling grandchildren,” she added.
