Students make new resolutions

The start of the second semester means that it is also the start of a new year. Since January 1st, 2016 rolled around, people have come up with new goals and resolutions that they plan on sticking to throughout the entire year, maybe even longer. There are many goals that a person can choose, from trying to earn all A’s or just trying to get through the rest of the year. With the New Year starting, there are many opportunities throughout the year to make their resolutions come true.
Many students’ resolutions are about grades.

One pupil, Carrie Shackleton, 9th grade, said, “I just want to get better grades.” Other students are focusing more on one class. “I want to be able to finish all of my art work for AP Art on time,” said Erin Stein, grade 12.
