According to Bay News 9, Tampa is expecting to be hit by subtropical storm Nicole. Heavy rains and gusty winds are expected late Wednesday night thru Thursday. As of right now, Pinellas County Schools have not decided to close schools; however, if they do, a call will be sent out to all families and school staff, and an update will be posted on their website.
