This weekend, the Tampa Bay Rays clinched the Wild Card, beating the Toronto Blue Jays 6-2 with the amazing performance by Tyler Glasnow with a strong 4.1 innings including 4 strike outs and 2 walks. Tommy Pham contributed by driving in a total of 2 runs on a two- run homer in the top of the 3rd. Austin Meadows also had a contribution driving in 1 run, Willy Adames driving in a run, Advisial Garcia, and one RBI on an error. All together the Rays season has been very successful clinching a spot in the American League Wild Card against the Oakland Athletics this Wednesday at 8:10. Finishing with record of 96-66; 2nd in the Al East. The Rays clinching is the icing on the cake with their first playoff berth since 2013.
