The materials needed are:

• 1 sheet of tissue paper of your choice
• 2 mini paper plates
• Double sided tape
• Normal tape
• 4 pipe cleaners (any colors)
• Tape

First step: Place double sided tape on four sides of the plate.

Second step: Stick the two plates together.

Step three: Place the plate on top of upside-down tissue paper (pattern facing down) and add tape to the ends.

Step four: Tape in the middle.

Step five: Put that aside and get the pipe cleaners. Twist two pipe cleaners together (x2).

Step six: Now twist the pipe cleaner twists around the edge of the tissue paper.
