Searching for a sun sign

As the school year continues and Florida moves into the rainy “monsoon” season, Warriors, administration, and teachers- particularly portable teachers keep a wary eye on the sky, in the event that there may be a need to change class schedules due to aggressive weather. While the rainy day schedule inconveniences students and teachers, some at Osceola take comical advantage of the dreary situation. Economics teacher Mr. Dunavin often put humorous signs outside next to the mammoth puddle by his portable with sarcastic messages like “no swimming,” and “watch for gators.” Unfortunately, Mr. Dunavin says that “… the sign busted the other day, [and he] has to fix it. Despite the lack of sun and sign, Warriors continue to remain hopeful for a sign of better weather.
