Students pick up yearbooks next week

UPDATE:  ANY YEARBOOKS NOT PICKED UP AS OF 6/1/16 ARE AT THE FRONT DESK OF OFHS.

The students in yearbook class have been working hard all year long on making 2015-2016’s yearbook. And with distribution dates right around the corner, the class has now been practicing handing out the yearbooks, as that is a very busy week in Mrs. Iovino’s room.

The yearbooks have arrived. But distribution actually begins on Tuesday, May 17th. The days that yearbooks will be distributed are:

  • Seniors-Tuesday, May 17th and Wednesday, May 18th.
  • Juniors- Thursday, May 19th
  • Sophomores- Friday May 20th
  • Freshmen- Monday, May 23rd

All students must have ID.

Students who would like a yearbook, but didn’t order one during the school year, can buy one for 80 dollars CASH the week of distribution. Seniors do get to go first to buy a yearbook if they didn’t order one.

Hailey McDonnell, 12th grade, said, “I’m really excited to get my yearbook. I like that the seniors get to get them first, and have them for the Senior Breakfast, that way we have the whole day to sign everyone’s.”

Taylor Levesque, 11th grade, and Nicole Brodil, 11th grade, are both the head editors of the yearbook. “I’m most excited to see it all be done,” said Taylor. “We worked so hard all year and seeing it complete’s going to be amazing.”

“I’m just really excited to see everyone’s reaction to it,” said Nicole. “I think that this year’s yearbook is pretty cool and I can’t wait to see how everyone likes them.”
